Project Overview
A 128-room, 5-story hotel on Houston's I-10 West corridor — metal stud framing, drywall, tape and float, acoustical ceilings, and door installation across all guest floors and public spaces. Epic was brought in mid-project to frame Level 1, which fell outside the original framing sub's scope, and to provide additional manpower to recover schedule on falling trades. Full interior finish delivered to hospitality standard on time.
