Houston · Commercial Framing & Drywall
About Us
Framing, drywall, and interior demolition in Houston and across Texas. Proven on high-rise conversion.
Who We Are
A Houston commercial framing and drywall contractor that takes the wall from layout through finish.
We work side by side with general contractors, developers, and owners. We self-perform the framing, drywall, ceilings, insulation, and demolition. Tape and float is carried under the same contract, so one company answers for the wall from layout through finish.
Ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and full-gut conversions.

Flagship Project
The Watt at Westlake
550 Westlake Park. 311 units, 19 stories, completed January 2026. Epic ran interior gut demolition across all 19 floors, sequenced against the MEP redesign and the framing buildout, then framed at a floor a week with drywall following behind.

Framing sets the pace for the whole job
Nothing goes inside a wall until the studs are up, so our framing is the gate on every MEP trade's in-wall work. Here is how we run it.
We catch dimensional issues before walls go up
We lay the floor out before we frame it. A building does not always measure what the drawings say it does, and a floor that runs bigger or smaller than the set changes where every wall lands. Your project manager gets it in writing, with the dimensions and what it means for the walls, while there is still time to get an answer.
We frame ahead of the MEP trades
Your MEP trades cannot get inside a wall until our studs are up, so the sooner we clear a floor the sooner their in-wall work starts. We put manpower on the framing early, and it goes to a core crew that stays together from job to job. The goal on every job is the same: stay ahead of the trades behind us instead of becoming the reason they are waiting.
Your framing and drywall stay with one team
With Epic, your framing and drywall answer to the same foreman. Our framing crew works ahead and our drywall crew hangs behind it, so you have one person to call on either scope and one company standing behind both. After rough MEP sign-off we walk the penetrations, blocking, and backing with your MEP foremen before we close the wall.
We carry the finish
The crew that finishes our work has run multilevel buildings. The drawings call for a level of finish, and that is what we hand over. When the spec calls for a mock-up we build one and let it set the standard.
We close our punch before we demobilize
Our foreman walks our scope before we turn an area over and corrects what he finds. We do not leave open items behind.
