Project Overview

A 118-key Marriott Moxy boutique hotel in downtown Houston — interior framing and drywall scope within a historic adaptive reuse project. Existing structure dictated irregular conditions throughout, requiring non-standard framing solutions tailored to existing constraints at every level. Scope included metal stud framing, hospitality-grade drywall and tape and float finish, and wood blocking for fixtures, casework, and architectural elements. Preservation requirements and modern hospitality finish standards had to be met simultaneously across the full interior build.
