Project Overview

In south Houston, Epic converted part of a 113,640 SF former K-Mart into a two-story worship space. The work began with a structural steel addition and second-level construction, then ran through the full interior: framing, drywall, tape and float, insulation, acoustical ceilings, and doors and hardware, all held under one contract. The building's convention hall stayed an unfinished shell until 2022, when Epic returned to build it out under a separate engagement.
