Yes. We regularly perform phased demolition in partially occupied hotels, multifamily properties, and office buildings. Our sequencing accounts for noise restrictions, dust containment, debris management, and protection of occupied adjacent spaces. We coordinate directly with your project manager and the property manager to establish work windows and communication protocols.
Yes, with appropriate engineering. All structural wall removal is coordinated with a licensed structural engineer who provides shoring plans and temporary support specifications. We do not remove load-bearing elements without engineer-stamped drawings and GC approval.
Hazardous material abatement (asbestos, lead paint, mold remediation) is a specialized scope performed by licensed abatement contractors. Epic coordinates demo sequencing around abatement scopes and can recommend qualified abatement partners in the Houston market.
For standard TI demo, we can typically mobilize within 1–2 weeks of contract execution. For larger structural or full building demolition, 3–4 weeks of pre-planning is recommended to allow for engineering coordination, permitting, and crew scheduling.
