Project Overview

A 20-story, ~449,000 SF office-to-residential conversion in downtown Houston — full metal stud framing and drywall package across 372 residential units, corridors, and amenity spaces in a 1972 office tower. Scope included light and heavy gauge framing, shaft walls, fire-rated assemblies, ceiling systems and soffits, and complete tape and float finish throughout. Exterior stucco and EIFS applied across the full building envelope. Converting non-standard office floor plates to residential layout required precise coordination with MEP retrofits and rated assembly integration across the full building core.
