Project Overview

Ground-up construction of a ~17,000 SF, single-story three-bay fire station — interior and exterior metal stud framing in light and heavy gauge, drywall, tape and float, insulation, acoustical ceilings, and door and hardware installation. Heavy-gauge framing and corrosion-resistant construction required throughout for coastal wind and storm-resilience performance. Scope executed across apparatus bays, living quarters, dormitories, and office and support spaces — multiple finish environments within one structure, all built to municipal code with zero-tolerance life-safety compliance.
