Multi-year program serving ALDI across Texas and surrounding states — Clean Slate store remodels, MDU expansions, fixture installation, and curbside conversions across 90+ locations. Remodels covered layout resets, panel and trim work, produce table assembly, and finish repairs. MDU expansions involved structural modifications and new display integration. Fixture installation included gondola setup and branded graphics packages. All work performed across occupied, operating stores with after-hours scheduling and zero disruption to store operations.
