Epic Contractors partnered with Aldi to refresh 60 of their retail locations across Texas, implementing updates that improved both functionality and aesthetics. The scope of work included applying fresh coats of paint to the ceilings, updating gondola shelving fixtures, redesigning layouts for better flow, installing new graphics, and expanding Merchandise Display Units (MDUs). Each store was transformed into a modern, customer-focused environment that aligned with Aldi’s commitment to efficiency and quality.

Challenges
The tight timeline required each store refresh to be completed overnight, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Protecting merchandise from overspray and construction debris added another layer of complexity, requiring our team to work with precision and care.
